Privacy and data use

We use your name and email to create, confirm and recover your account. Your café uses enrollment details you provide, including your name, phone number and birthday, to manage loyalty and rewards. Marketing consent is optional.

Account and loyalty data are stored using the authentication and database services that run MAAYL. Café owners and authorized staff can access information needed for their roles. Do not share your account code or password.

Purchase, stamp and redemption records support reward reconciliation and prevent duplicate transactions. Contact the café you joined to review or request correction of your enrollment details. The café is responsible for its rewards and program terms.
